VINIFICATION
Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC. Minimum aging of 2 months in bottle.
TEST RESULTS
Defined citrine color with slight greenish tones. Young fruity aroma, predominant in notes of white pulp fruits, citrus and tropical nuances. Fruity, fresh, harmonious flavor with a noticeable final presence.
