Total destemming, pelicular maceration, soft pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC. Minimum maturation of 3 months in bottle.

Defined citrus color. Predominant aroma in floral notes, presents fruity nuances, dry fruits and toasted cereal. Fresh, elegant, harmonious taste and distinct persistence.
