Great reserve white wine with good complexity, ideal to accompany spicy charcuterie, oven-roasted fish, roasted or stewed white and red meats and even medium-structured cheeses.
Total destemming, natural static decanting. 50% of the batch fermented in new lightly toasted French oak barrels, the remainder in stainless steel. Maturation of 12 months in barrels and a minimum period of 6 months after bottling.
Accent straw color. Aroma nuances of jelly of white pulp fruits, exotic fruits. Intense in notes of oats, vanilla, toasted cereal and smooth caramel. Complex flavor with an extraordinary mouth volume, unctuous and with a long persistence.
