VINIFICATION
Grapes from selected varieties from the highlands of the Douro region. In these high altitude areas, grapes with the desired maturation and acidity for this type of wine are chosen. After gentle destemming, the grapes are pressed, followed by decantation at low temperature with strict oenological control. Once the necessary clarity is obtained, a long alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC. The wines are stored in the Adega de Vila Real, separated by grape variety or vineyard.

Of good intensity and complexity. the floral aromas, white pulp fruits, tropical fruits and light shrubby notes stand out.
