8º - 10ºC.

VINIFICATION

Destemming, pressing, cold decanting, alcoholic fermentation in low temperature tanks (14ºC), filtration and bottling.

TEST RESULTS

Crystalline appearance, citrine color. Very fruity aroma, with notes of tropical fruits and orange blossoms. In the mouth, fresh and smooth.
