It was made using the most sophisticated technology from carefully selected grapes, harvested during the optimal maturation phase from an aromatic group, and alcohol acidity perspective. Upon arrival at the cellar, and then, a slight crushing. Then, for about 17 days, the alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15. It matured in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months. This was followed by batch preparation and subsequent treatments required for bottling, including clarification, cold stabilization and subsequent filtration.
Very attractive yellow color with greenish tones. In the mouth it has a smooth attack, with volume, with white fruit present and a lively acidity that guarantees a long and fresh finish. Very gastronomic.
