VINIFICATION
Partial manual harvest, with choice. Crushing with direct pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control (individual per vat). Aging for 5 months in stainless steel vats.
TEST RESULTS
The nose is open, precise and elegant, with very fine aromas of citrus and apricot. Freshness and minerality, with notes of lime and orange blossom. The finish is very aromatic, confirming its fresh and graceful character.
