VINIFICATION
Manual harvest. Transport of grapes in small boxes. Manual choice of curls. Total destemming followed by gentle pressing in a pneumatic press. Static must clarification. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with temperature control. Internship on fine lees until January 2021.
TEST RESULTS
Very bright citrine color. Young aroma, with good intensity. Fresh tropical aromas (pineapple) stand out. Floral notes. Dry palate, good mouth volume and refreshing acidity, revealing its more fruity side. Long finish.
