VINIFICATION
The grapes, from new vines, were vinified using an open spout system. Fermentation lasted about 1 month at a controlled temperature between 14º to 16ºC. The wine aged for 3 months in stainless steel vats.
TEST RESULTS
Citrus color, very aromatic and fresh. In the mouth it is mineral and fresh, with some fruit, apple and pear. Ideal to eat with fish and sushi.
