The idea of planting Alvarinho in the Douro came from our ambition to produce a high quality white single varietal from a Portuguese grape variety.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel vats for a period of 6 months before being bottled.
TEST RESULTS
Beautiful citrine color, slightly golden denoting concentration. A wine with fine and delicate aromas with a lot of intensity of citrus notes and orange blossom that contribute to the complexity of this wine. Full-bodied and fresh, showing in the mouth the flavors that can be guessed in the aroma. A long and distinguished wine highlighted by a crisp acidity and tasty minerality. It is, above all, an Alvarinho from the Douro.
