VINIFICATION
Grapes crushed at low pressure in a pneumatic press, separating the skins from the must, "open beak", and transferred to stainless steel vats to ferment at a temperature of 14/16ºC.
TEST RESULTS
Bright citrus color. Lush on the nose with notes of lychee and roses, enveloping mouth with white flesh fruit. Great volume and freshness, with an intense, long and persistent finish.
