Terras D'el Rei White is a regional white Alentejo wine, produced by Carmim, using grapes from the Antão Vaz (45%), Syria (30%) and Arinto (25%) varieties.
Varieties: Antão Vaz, Syria, Arinto
Service Temperature: 12º
Vinification: After selecting the grapes in our associates' vineyards, we proceed to the manual harvest. In the cellar they are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. Next, extractive enzymes are added and the masses are cooled to a temperature of 10ºC. They rest, then, for 8 hours, so that there is a greater extraction of aromas from the film. After this time, they are pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decanting. The temperature of the must is then regulated to 18ºC, selected yeasts are added and fermentation begins, which lasts about 2 to 3 weeks.
Tasting Notes: Wine with a crystalline appearance, pale straw color. Aroma of ripe tropical fruit with hints of citrus. Palate with a fruity and fresh aroma, balanced on the palate.
