The excellent Verdelho is created from grapes from a plot located in the lower parts of Quinta do Quetzal, in more fertile and cooler lands. The grapes are picked by hand and chilled for 24 hours before being processed naturally by gravity in our modern cellar. A true Verdelho experience.

VINIFICATION
The grapes were harvested according to their state of maturation. After crushing the grapes, the must statically clarified for 48 to 72 hours. Fermentation takes place in new French and American oak barrels at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC, for a period of 30 days. After completion of fermentation, the wine was aged for another 6 months in barrels, with weekly “batônnage”.
TEST RESULTS
The wine shows a citrus color and aromas of kiwi and ripe fruit, accompanied by aromas of toasted dried fruits from aging in wood. In the mouth it is complex and fresh with a good mineral acidity.
