It is a wine with an intense and deep color, of great aromatic complexity. In the mouth it surprises by its lively and emotional attack, followed by a wide evolution, ending with enormous persistence and elegance, in a whole characterized by the balance between all its components!
Varieties: Touriga Nacional sprinkled with other grape varieties from the old vineyard of Quinta da Teixuga.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 15 Kg boxes. Manual selection on carpet of choice. After destemming and crushing, vinification in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, with maceration appropriate to its characteristics. After malolactic fermentation, it aged for about 24 months, partly in new French oak barrels and the rest in used barrels.
