40% Encruzado, 40% Bical and 20% Malvasia-Fina.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
8ºC.
VINIFICATION
Crushing with total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Sparkling by the classical method. Minimum aging of 12 months in cellar and 2 months in bottle after disgorgement.
TEST RESULTS
Crystalline appearance, with fine and persistent bubble. Defined citrus color. Predominant aroma of white pulp fruit jelly, citrus, toasted cereal and biscuit. Fruity, fresh, elegant, harmonious flavor and ends with a crunchy and captivating mousse.
