CASTES
40% Bical, 40% Maria Gomes and 20% Arinto.
VINIFICATION
Crushing with total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. 12 months in the cellar and 1 month after degorgement.
TEST RESULTS
Crystalline appearance, with fine and persistent bubble. Defined citrus color. Jelly aroma of white pulp fruits, citrus fruits, hazelnut and biscuit. Fruity, fresh flavor, soft, crunchy mousse and elegant persistence.
