VINIFICATION
Produced from Berry, in Blanc des Blancs mode, it was crushed with total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. 36 months in the cellar and 1 month after degorgement.
TEST RESULTS
This sparkling wine is crystalline, with a fine and persistent bubble. It has a defined citrine color and aroma with hints of cassis, intense in biscuit, hazelnut and dried fruit. Fruity, fresh, delicate mousse, crunchy, elegant and harmonious.
