Mixture of grape varieties with a predominance of Tinta Barroca.
Hand-picked at the beginning of October, not being affected by botrytis cinerea. After careful sorting in the vineyard and transport in 20 kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature: stopped when the desired balance between alcohol and sugar has been reached, through sulphurous and cold.
A young wine, reminiscent of tasting the must during the harvest. It should be served quite cold and drunk in a relaxed manner.
