SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10º-12ºC.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at an average temperature of 15ºC, with selected yeasts. There is no aging, the wine is bottled and put on the market as young as possible.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine color with greenish reflections. Aroma of tropical notes seasoned with light vegetable, reminiscent of green asparagus. On the palate, vibrant and fresh acidity, mineral notes and light vegetation, denoting characteristics of the Atlantic Terroir.
