VINIFICATION
The grapes were harvested and chosen by hand in order to select the best bunches, it was gently pressed after a brief carbonic maceration. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15°C in order to obtain a fruity and fresh wine. Aged for 3 months in bottle.
TEST RESULTS
Wine with a remarkable acidity and a remarkable minerality that distinguishes it, with a prolonged and persistent aftertaste. The typical fruity aromas of the variety stand out, such as lychee and passion fruit, some herbaceous notes of asparagus and acacia.
