Regional Península de Setúbal white wine, which goes well with fish and seafood, as well as light cold meat dishes.
CASTES
50% Alvarinho, 25% Antão Vaz and 25% Arinto.
VINIFICATION
The grapes were harvested and hand-picked in order to select the best bunches. Fermentation was carried out separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine color with fruity aroma. In the mouth, highlight the acidity and minerality.
