VINIFICATION

Fermented in stainless steel vats at 14º C. Aged for 7 months in new French oak barrels.

TEST RESULTS

Bright alineon color, with a medium persistence tear. Aroma of grapefruit peel, lime, stone fruit, slightly herbaceous, light white pepper with some smoky toast to complement. Grapefruit flavor, notes of toast, strong presence of white pepper, well-integrated wood enhancing the volume in the aftertaste. Excellent persistence.
