VINIFICATION

Fermented in stainless steel vats at 14ºC. Aged in French oak for 7 months and in bottle for 12 months.

TEST RESULTS

Gold color. Citrus aromas with some smoky nuances. Balanced tannins, good acidity, good volume and length.
