Light lemon-lime color. Fresh and lush on the nose, with aromas of pear, apple and mint leaves. Delicate and balanced in the mouth, with excellent natural acidity and a refreshing and long finish.
Varieties: 70% Viosinho and 30% Rabigato.
Vinification: After being harvested, the grapes were cooled to 5ºC overnight, then crushed and subjected to cold maceration for a period of 12 hours. Then, the must was pressed and transferred to a vat, where it was gently fermented for two weeks at temperatures never exceeding 15ºC.
Ageing: Approximately 10% of the blend was aged in new French oak barrels, with the rest remaining in stainless steel vats, in order to combine a fruity profile with the complexity of aging in wood.
