Viosinho (50%), Gouveio (35%), and 15% blend of other traditional Douro varieties.
Fermentation in new and used barrels, finishing in very neutral oak casks. Aged for 5 months in barrel.
It has a beautiful bright color, with a character marked by the strong acidity and ripe fruit that characterize our grape varieties at altitude, perfectly integrated with some toasted notes. A mixture of perceptions ranging from white flowers or green tea, to ripe fruity yellow pulp and dehydrated fruit. The finish is enveloping and very fresh.
