C de Cabriz white, with slight greenish and citrine tones. Predominant in tropical fruits and citrus flowers, which gives it a distinct aromatic intensity. The notorious mouth volume and distinct persistence are the result of a fruity and fresh wine.
Varieties: Bical (40%), Encruzado (30%) and Malvasia.
Vinification: Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, 2 months of batonage in stainless steel and a minimum aging of 2 months in bottle. Alcohol Content: 12%
