VINIFICATION
Total destemming, soft pellicular maceration, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC. 2 months in bottle.
TEST RESULTS
Crystalline, citrine color with abundant greenish tones. Predominant aroma of floral notes such as linden and orange. It also presents tropical and exotic nuances. On the palate fruity, fresh, pleasant mouth volume, harmonious and long persistence.
