VINIFICATION
Vinified in stainless steel vats of 5,000 Lt. of total capacity by the “open spout” method. Fermentation was carried out at temperatures close to 18°C. During the alcoholic fermentation, lees are raised in the tank.
TEST RESULTS
It has a citrus color, a rich and immediately attractive aroma, fresh, intense and fruity, citric and with well-marked notes of tropical fruits. The palate is smooth and balanced with a fruity and long finish. Light and with very good acidity that gives it great freshness.
