Taylor's 10 Year Old is an excellent example of an old Tawny Port, made from full-bodied and concentrated red wines, sourced from the best vineyards in the Cima Corgo and Alto Douro region.
The selected wines age individually in oak casks for an average of 10 years. During this period, they lose their initial purple color, acquiring a soft tawny hue, which gives the name to this wine.
Being a mature and elegant wine, which combines the flavor of wood with fruit aromas, Taylor's Old Tawnies are ready to drink after being bottled.
