Distilled in a Portuguese rotating column still, this limited edition celebrates the most Portuguese of pears - PÊRA ROCHA. It is a London Dry Gin made to the taste of distiller António Cuco. Botanicals: juniper, coriander seed, rock pear, lemon peel and Alentejo orange, lemon thyme, mandarin leaf, pine needles, lavender, elderflower, cloves, Germanic iris, licorice, angelica root and seed laurel.

Sharish gin is a smooth drink with a unique aroma, where citrus flavors predominate - coming from the orange peel - the smooth sweetness of rock pear and vanilla, as well as the identifiable juniper. The most subtle touches of this gin come from the clove and coriander seed, and, at the end of the tasting, the slight piquancy of lemon verbena is felt.
