The Alvarinho variety, a recent variety in the strains of the Alentejo region, demonstrates in this wine its oenological characteristics for the production of quality wine.

VINIFICATION
The harvest was carried out manually and in the morning so that the temperature of the grapes at the entrance to the cellar is optimal. The grapes were transported in small quantities. After crushing and total destemming of the grapes, pressing was carried out, decanting through the cold system for 24 hours and alcoholic fermentation, 50% of the wine in new French and American oak wood, with strict temperature control at 15ºC. After stabilization and filtration, bottling followed and a period of 4 months in the bottle.
TEST RESULTS
Crystalline appearance, ripe lemon color. Intense aroma of tropical fruits and candied citrus fruits. Unctuous flavor, with plenty of freshness, light honey, yellow stone fruits and light vanilla. A long wine with a lot of freshness at the end of the tasting.
