100% Viogner.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10º-12ºC.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature between 20-25ºC. Stage in 2nd and 3rd use French oak barrels of 225L for 4 months.
TEST RESULTS
Straw yellow color. Opulent and very complex aroma, it incorporates notes of stone fruit, such as apricot, and notes of oak barrels. Full-bodied on the palate and well-balanced acidity, it is in harmony with the nose, showing notes of the same stone fruits.
