VINIFICATION

Once harvested, the grapes are transported to the cellar in small boxes, starting the ancient process of treading on foot in the traditional granite presses, which, due to their shape, allow perfect contact between the must and the films, allowing greater traction. Fermentation is interrupted by adding brandy, followed by aging in oak vats for a period of 2 years.

TEST RESULTS

Deep purple in color, with a concentrated aroma of black plum fruit vegetable notes such as rose hips, blackberry, red berries on a wild background. In the mouth it is velvety sweet, sweet fruit, firm ripe tannins and very round, full of elegance and a long and persistent finish.
