CASTES
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca.
VINIFICATION
Manual harvest and then transported in small boxes (max 25Kg). : Maceration at approx. from 29-31°C. Aging for one year in cask, and bottling in the second year.
TEST RESULTS
Wine of an impenetrable purple, with aromas of blueberry, aniseed, mint and a touch of black pepper. Very full-bodied with sweet black plum and blueberries standing out and very good acidity. A wine that is easy to enjoy and has a very, very long finish.
