VINIFICATION

The grapes are harvested manually, into 20 kg boxes, at the ideal ripening point, leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

TEST RESULTS

Deep ruby color. Fresh, vigorous and youthful nose, full of intense cherry and blackcurrant aromas. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with solid but well-integrated tannins. Long, rich and fruity finish.
