This Ruby Port was produced exclusively with grapes from Quinta da Romaneira, having been vinified in traditional mills and aged in barrels before bottling.
Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca.
The grapes were crushed using traditional treading and vinified in stainless steel vats. The fermentation temperature oscillated between 25 and 28 degrees centigrade. Stage in barrels or oak vats.
It has an intense ruby color and an aroma of red fruits and forest flowers. In the mouth it is elegant, balanced and soft and in the end it is very pleasant and persistent.
