VINIFICATION
Open spout and fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature. Champenoise method with second fermentation in the bottle. Minimum aging of 1 year in the bottle before the degorgement process.
TEST RESULTS
Salmon color, delicate aroma with hints of raspberries and strawberries. On the palate balanced acidity with some sweetness and persistent bubble.
