Douro Crasto White Wine is made from a selection of the best grapes, presenting a modern style, with great freshness and aromatic expression.
Citrus fruit aromas, wild asparagus and elegant floral notes meet perfectly. It also has good balance, vibrant freshness and pleasant persistence.

Consumption Temperature: 8-10º
Vinification: The grapes, from previously selected plots, were transported in 22 kg food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. They were subsequently destemmed and pressed. The pressed must was transferred to a stainless steel vat where it was kept at a temperature of 8ºC for 48 hours until it was decanted. Afterwards, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures of 14º C for a period of 30 days.
Tasting Note: Pale lemon colored wine that presents an enormous aromatic freshness, where vibrant aromas of citric fruits and soft notes of orange blossom predominate. Evolves in the mouth in an elegant way, presenting an excellent volume and fine texture where vibrant notes of minerality stand out. An engaging wine that finishes very fresh and with good persistence.
