Gouveio (35%); Malvasia Fina (30%); Viosinho (25%); Moscatel Galego White (10%).

VINIFICATION

In stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of 14°C-16°C. The wine remains during aging in stainless steel vats with its fine lees, in order to guarantee greater complexity and longevity of the wine.

TEST RESULTS

Citrine in color with good aromatic intensity, where predominantly white floral notes prevail. In the mouth it shows a beautiful acidity, refreshing and elegant, it leaves a long and refreshing finish.
