VINIFICATION
Manual harvest. Rigorous manual selection of bunches. In the cellar we practice the traditional fermentation in granite vats using foot treading. After fortification, the wines age in barrels until bottling. Bottled, without filtration, in August 2019.
TEST RESULTS
Deep ruby color. Intense and complex aroma. The aromas of ripe red and black fruits stand out with slight notes of dried fruits and flowers. In the mouth Excellent structure. Engaging and harmonious, full of ripe fruit. Balanced acidity. Long finish.
