SERVICE SUGGESTION
The formation of deposits in the bottle is natural. After the 2nd year of bottling, it is recommended that the wine be decanted before drinking. Serve between 16ºC-18ºC.
VINIFICATION
Grapes selected from the plots of Quintas do Porto and Caêdo, and also from some farmers, who have collaborated with us for a long time. It is vinified at the Quinta do Seixo Winery, using traditional Port Wine technology, in granite vats with controlled temperature and treading, to obtain the extraction of the compounds that contribute to the color, aroma and flavor of the wine.
TEST RESULTS
Deep ruby color. Intense aroma and good complexity, with black fruits very present, slight notes of bushes, balsamic, truffles and sous-bois, spice, pepper and curry, with a slight stonyness, which gives it great harmony. In the mouth it has an excellent volume, a very present acidity, very good quality tannins, black fruit and spices, pepper, with a very good complexity and elegance finish.
