SERVICE TEMPERATURE
Drink chilled (<8°C).
VINIFICATION
Maceration in stainless steel vats, part of which was derived from direct pressing and a more important part by tapping, without maceration at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Unlike other Ports, this one never went through wood! The wine remains during aging in stainless steel vats with its fine lees, in order to guarantee greater complexity and longevity of the wine.
TEST RESULTS
Wine with a bright and appealing color, it displays a fragrance of red and tropical fruits in its aroma. It appears in the mouth with a remarkable freshness and balance that make this drink very versatile.
