Churchil's 10 Year Old Tawny Port, a classic example of the art of producing a great Tawny, a blend that combines the minerality of the terroir and the purity of the fruit, acquiring a unique complexity.
Elegant and distinguished, combining age complexity with a freshness conferred by its natural acidity. It does not need to be decanted.
Service Temperature: 12-15º
Vinification: The grapes are cut into small boxes (about 20 kg/box) and transported to the cellar where they undergo a very careful selection process, being subsequently crushed and worked by foot in ancient stone presses during fermentation. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a 10-year aging period in wooden casks.
Tasting Notes: Port Churchil's Tawny 10 Years Old, a vivid brick-red color with amber reflections. Elegant and subtle, with a complex aroma, combining expressive notes of dried fruit with hints of orange peel, it is full in the mouth, showing excellent vinosity and freshness and ending in a long and persistent finish.
