TEST RESULTS
Crystalline appearance, with a very fine, persistent bubble and abundant crown. Intense citrine color with golden hints. Complex aroma with notes of dried fruit, brioche and toasted bread. Complex flavor with a distinct and captivating mousse, pleasant volume in the mouth and notorious freshness that transmits persistence.
