This wine is born from the experiences developed by our oenology team. We tried to recover an old-fashioned white in Santar. Tanning or as they say out there, Orange Wine, is the name given to white wines whose grapes were left in contact with the mass (film, pulp and stalk) for several weeks, and which in other times was also used for the production of whites.
