VINIFICATION
Base wine vinified at 18ºC. Second fermentation done by the classic method, in bottle, with free yeast for 9 months.
TEST RESULTS
Light salmon color, fine bubbles. With notes of green apple and a touch of wild berries. Fresh, persistent and young.
