VINIFICATION
Open spout and fermentation in stainless steel with controlled temperature. Classic Method with second fermentation in the bottle. Minimum aging of 1 year in the bottle before the degorgement process.
TEST RESULTS
Bright citrine color. Intense aroma of very harmonious white pulp fruit. Fresh, creamy flavor, fine and persistent bubble.
