VINIFICATION
After total fermentation in stainless steel, it goes into an aging period during which the fine lees are kept in suspension, 6 months of battonage. After bottling, it undergoes a 2-month aging in the bottle.
TEST RESULTS
Citrus color. Intense wine with citrus aroma, pineapple and apricot. Harmonious flavor, with good structure and balanced acidity. Elegant and persistent aftertaste.
