VINIFICATION
Manual harvest. Transport in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual choice of curls. Light pellicular maceration. Gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Stage on fine lees until mid-February 2021. Light filtration before bottling.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine color. Lush aroma. Citrus (tangerine) and tropical (passion fruit) aromas stand out. Harmonious Palate. Balanced acidity. Medium body. Ends with a lingering finish.
