Aromas Fresh, with a predominance of citric notes, exotic notes and complexity. Flavor Fresh, fruity, unctuous, with complexity and long persistence.
Varieties: 50% Encruzado, 30% Bical, 20% White Cerceal.
Vinification: Crushing with total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 18°C.
Maturation: 50% of the wine was fermented and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
